I come here each year with a group of friends and we are always impressed with the quality of the food and the service. We especially enjoyed the chicken / lamb naga. Beers can easily be purchased at the off licence next door.
“Great curry in Tufnell park / Kentish town”
Great curry and bring your own booze. Big portions and lots of unique specials in the menu. Not to be confused with monsoon on back Lane which has received negative views on this page by mistake!

Had a succulent Indian meal with friends, the curries are flavorsome and plentiful. Thoroughly enjoyed and would recommend to anyone for a group meal. The waiter with the mustache is the BOMB!

“Lamb Rezala is a highlight”
Ali and his team have had us hooked for years and standards remain high. No small claim that Ed Milliband rates it as his favorite, we do too and there are many Indian restaurants closer to us.
Master Chef Ali’s Recommendation
Medium hot, with chefs own mixture of herbs and spices.
Medium hot, cooked in a wok with tandoori mixture spices.
Fairly hot, cooked with green chillies and Kashmiri herbs.
